The kids read 8 books and record them on the paper off this link. When they take their log into the store, they get to pick a free book from the list.

REI Kids Summer program...with prize!

FREE Kids Summer bowling Program or CHEAP family pass

How the program works:
All of the participating bowling centers are listed at http://www.kidsbowlfree.com/all_centers.php.
Select a bowling center near you.
Register directly on the bowling center page (The registration is valid only at the bowling center where you register and cannot be used at any other bowling center unless otherwise noted.)
Kids are automatically given 2 free games per day for the rest of the summer, but you can get a FAMILY PASS for up to 4 more adults for only $24. (We bought one for myself, my husband, and the grandparents!)
NOTE: Not all bowling alleys participate, but we were fortunate enough to have one right next to me.
